Note: This is a kitchen position and fast paced environment, we love baking and cookies but also need applicants that are comfortable on their feet for 5-7 hour shifts and moving quickly between tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities
- Team members will have the opportunity to bake cookies, portion product, prepare the shop for opening and closing, and interact directly with customers.
- Employees that meet and exceed our standards can grow into Team Leads and beyond to exciting management and leadership opportunities earning $16-18+ / hr.
- Dependability - Employees can count on us and have clear expectations of what they can expect from management, ownership, and the position, and we expect the same in return.
- Teachability - Employees should be open to guidance, ask questions when unsure, and be able to follow process & guidelines as instructed.
- Weekdays : 11AM - 11PM
- Thu - Sun : 11AM - 12AM
- Ability to work at least 3 Shifts per week or 18 hours per week
- Availability for 4+ different shifts per week
- At least 1 Friday evening or Saturday evening closing shift availability (530PM to 12AM) per week
